Princess Diana’s lookalike twin nieces are bringing their fashion prowess to the Middle East with two back-to-back red carpet events: the Fashion Trust Arabia Awards and the Franca Fund Gala. Stepping out on night one of their double feature, Lady Amelia Spencer and Lady Eliza Spencer wore coordinating Zuhair Murad gowns in pink and green, calling to mind one cultural touchstone in particular: Wicked.

Both gowns featured elegant draping and crystal embellishments, but while Eliza’s $7,850 green number was strapless, Amelia’s $8,550 pink look featured a kind of silk cape thrown over her right shoulder, with some subtle sheer paneling under the bust. The sisters carried matching Eliza clutches from Aspinal of London which are quite literally named after the aristocrat. As for jewelry, both women selected massive diamond necklaces from Chopard, which combined feature over 228 carats of diamonds and 36 carats of emeralds.
“We are incredibly honoured to wear the beautiful @chopard jewellery tonight, paired with our breathtaking gowns by @zuhairmuradofficial ✨,” the sisters wrote in an joint Instagram post. “It’s always inspiring to celebrate the next generation of creatives, and even more special to wear @zuhairmuradofficial as he is honoured with the Trailblazer Award for his incredible global impact. ✨.”

As mentioned, the twins stepped out the very next day for a second dazzling appearance in Doha, Qatar. For the inaugural Franca Fund Gala, Amelia and Eliza wore characteristically coordinating looks, this time courtesy of Indian fashion designer Manish Malhotra.

The metallic outfits were once again distinct and yet clearly spoke the same language. Amelia, for her part, wore a silver halter-neck gown with scalloped beading and a sheer skirt; Eliza, meanwhile, wore a strapless gold gown that was similarly covered in embellishments. Chopard again supplied the jewelry. Hosted in part by Anna Wintour, the gala raised over $4 million for “preventative genomics research” in honor of the late Italian Vogue editor Franca Sozzani, per Vogue.
